N.Z. scouts for camp
Fifty-four New Zealand Venturer scouts, aged between 15 and 19, are to take part in the fourth Australian Venturer camp, near Canberra in January. The wide range of activities at the month-long camp, at the junction of the Murrumbidgee and Cotter Rivers, 18 miles west of Canberra, includes canoeing, tramping, pistol-shooting, trail-bike riding, rock climbing, and scuba diving. Christchurch scouts who will attend are: Gary Boxall, Peter Bodeker, Gregory Keeble, John Morgan, Bernard Musson, Paul McMaster, William Wilson and Trevor Wakeham.
