Radio for St John
A portable two-way radio will be presented to the Lyttelton St ' >hn Ambulance tonight by Mrs McGuigan, wife of the Minister of Health, on behalf of the Lyttelton waterfront first aid division. The radio, which cost about $6OO, was bought with the profits from housie evenings held in the Valley Inn Tavern by the division. The division plans to give another radio within a few months.
