West Indies beat Queensland by an innings and 90 runs with more than a day to spare. The wicket was virtually rolled mud sprinkled with grass clippings. Scores: West Indies 381 (R. Fredericks 53, L. Rowe 46, A. Kallicharran 58, V. Richards 61. C. Lloyd 54; G. Dymock 4/51), Queensland 164 (Ingham All 5/42) and 127 (Ingham Ali 6/36).
