TRAINEES IN PEST DESTRUCTION AGRICULTURAL Pests Destruction Council invites applications from young men interested in a career in pest destruction. Preference will be given to applicants 17 to 19 years of age but suitably qualified young men over 19 will be considered. QUALIFICATIONS: University Entrance. School Certificate or 3 years’ Secondary Schooling. TRAINING: Trainees will be assigned to selected Pest Destruction Boards. Training will include practical field work, completion of practical and written assignments and attendance at courses of instruction related to rabbits, opossums, wallabies and hares.
