The following is a summary of the proposed change:— CHANGE No. 1: Rural 1 and 2 Zones (Areas subject to noise exposure from the Activities of Christchurch International Airport.) Rezone land from Rural to Rural 1 and Rural 2, the) boundaries of which approximate to the Ho PNdB and I9v PNdB noise contour lines I (as defined in the report ’ ''Christchurch International 'Airport — Aircraft Noise Ex iposure and Land Use Policy — 1974’5 respectively.
