ONE MEMBER to be elected by such of the members of the House of Representatives as for the time being represent electoral districts within the South Island. ONE MEMBER, not being in th e employment of the Lincoln College Council, to be elected by the graduates of the University of New Zealand, and of the University of Canterbury, whose names are on the books of the Col-' lege, the holders of diplomas granted by the College, and such other persons and! classes of persons who have completed courses extending over not less than one academic year. The Electoral Rolls to be used at such elections may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of Lincoln College and such Electoral Rolls were closed for the purpose of this election at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 3. 1975.
