sign, using the same electricity consumption, for 24 hours a day if this is wanted.

“We plan to transmit news from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and inject advertisements until 9 p.m.,” Mr Holden said. “And we will try to get the Electricity Department to allow advertising throughout."

He says the electricity! consumption of the news-; caster, which took four! years to make at a cost of! $BO,OOO, is 18 kilowatts an! hour, which is equal to the; power used by 18 one-bar hearers.
