Sentencing deferred
1 Eric Arthur Franklyn Wallace, aged 34. who has pleaded guilty to a charge of bigamy, was further remanded in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday for two weeks.
Wallace, alias Eric Francis ■Murphy. a warehouseman (Mr S. P. Graham,, is to be held at Sunnvside Hospital for observaItfon. Mr E. S. J. Crutchley. S.M.. made the order under Section 47A of the Criminal Justice Act. Mr Graham had submitted on Tuesday that the defendant had a personality disorder that led ' to his believing his fantasies were realities.
