A total of 177,600 shares ‘was sold on the New Zealand_ sharemarket yesterday, 10,250 fewer than on Tuesday. Industrial issues totalled 144,200 (Tuesday 171,250) and mining/oil 33,400 (Tuesday 16,600). A total of 106 New Zealand issues was traded. The six most, active issues were;—
