Klugman in mystery
Jack Klugman, who made [untidiness a virtue in his I role as Oscar in the “The Odd Couple,” stars in a 1 mystery movie, “Archer.” It ;will be screened by TV2 on Wednesday night. The movie also stars Ce- [ leste Holm, the Australianborn Dame Judith Anderson, and American actress Vera Miles. Archer (played by Peter Graves) is a private eye still in touch with former girl friends. One of them, now married, asks for his help. Her husband is using drugs on a young girl to obtain information about his father and his father’s mistress, who disappeared some time ago. The obsession with finding his father leads to fear, abduction and murder, before justice is finally achieved.
