CORCORAN SON THWAITES and BROWN. 82 Cookson St, KAIAPOI. ®New Zealand Forest Service NEW ZEALAND FOREST SERVICE THE FOREST DISEASE CONTROL REGULATIONS 1967 PURSUANT to regulation 14 of the Forest Disease Control ■ Regulations 1967, I, Joseph ; William Levy, Conservator of Forests, Canterbury, being an authorised Forest Officer under the said regulations I hereby give notice that vehicles, plant and equipment which have been engaged on logging operations in any “tnected area” in respect of the forest disease pine needle blight (Dothistroma pini) that came into force on September 5, 1967, and as subsequently amended shall not be moved into the area described in the Scheule herto for the purpose of being used in logging operations for recovering windthrown timber unless complying with the following conditions:— j (a) Such vehicles, plant and equipment hae have been thoroughly cleaned by high pressure hose. Espe- ’ cial care to te taken in the clearance of radiator, manifold and bush pan; and (b) The prior written consent of the Conservator of Forests, Canterbury, has been obtained before removal of such vehicles, plant and equipment into the area described in the Schedule.
