Deposits rise
Aggregate deposits of the short-term money market rose $2.2m to $57.7m in the month to July 31, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand reports. Financial institutions contributed $5.6m less at $30.1m and non-financial business $600,000 less at $14.8m, but other sources contributed sB.4m more at $12.8m.
