Challenge buys rest of Toyota agent

Challenge Corporation, Ltd, is acquiring the remaining shares in Campbell Motors. Ltd. In June, Challenge obtained a 43 per cent equity interest in Campbell Motors.
Already deeply involved with Tojota vehicles through Wriehtcars which* L i has lb Toyota dealerships, Chailenge wiL gain control of a firm which also sells
Toyotas, and through its subsidiary Campbel! Industries, Ltd. assembles Toyotas at Thames. Upon implementation of the agreement on December 31. Campbel! Motors, and the wholly-owned Campbell Industries, Ltd, and Olympus Motors, Ltd. will be whollyowned by Challenge The minority interests in Campbell Tube Products. Ltd. and Campbell Motor Imports, Ltd, which were acquired by Challenge in June, will pass to the':
holders of the shares now i being bought as part of the ' consideration. I Campbell Tube Products makes motor vehicle 1 mufflers, exhaust systems, 1
and roof racks at Thames. Campbell Motor Imports holds licences, and franchises for motor vehicles and products other than Toyota.
