PUBLIC notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Ellesmere County Council held on September 22, 1975, the following resolution was passed and it will be submitted to the monthly meeting of the Council to [be held on October 20, 1975, ’for confirmation as a Special i Order.
Resolved: "That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 266 of the Counties Act, 1956. the Ellesmere County Council hereby declares by way of Special Order that the area enclosed by the boundaries as defined in the Schedule shall be declared a Special Water Supply District within the meaning of the Act, to he known as the Te Pirita subdivision of the Hororata Snowdon Water Race District.”
It is further publicly notified that a plan of the proposed district is deposited jin the offices of the EllesImere County Council and is open for inspection by the public, without fee. during ■ ordinary office hours until [October 17, 1975.
