One year on sideline?
(N.Z. Press Association) LONDON. Senior English Rugby officials are moving to give sent-off players what would amount to a year-long suspension. In a recommendation not expected to gain widespread support, the Rugby Union is asking national, county, and club selectors not to consider sent-off players for at least a year.
