STORM PROPERTY owners and the Public are advised that the Paparua County Council having carried out the minimum amount of clearance of fallen trees to enable traffic to negotiate the public roads, will expect the owners of trees that nave fallen both on roads or over stock water races to undertake the removal of these trees and associated debris as soon as possible. The council also calls upon property owners to restore damaged banks of water races in all instances where the uprooting of trees or the falling of trees have constributed to such damage so that full restoration of the water race system can be made.
