Indian editors wish to explain
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW DELHI. Sept. 7.
A group of Indian newspaper editors is expected to visit several foreign countries to inform people about the state of their country, according to a spokesman for the All India Newspaper Editors Conference. The decision came after a meeting between the president of A.I.N.E.C. (Mr V. P. V. Ragjan, of the “Madras Mail”) and the Information and Broadcasting Minister (Mr V. C. Shukla). “The conference is deeply concerned over the motivated propaganda in the foreign' press about India,” a spokesman said.
