County Armagh has been I the centre of sectarian killings in recent weeks, and to- ! day an extra 650 soldiers ’ were on their way to North- ! ern Ireland from garrisons in ■ England. A total of 14,800 troops is now on duty in Northern Ireland where Protestant majority leaders are urging the British Government to launch an all-out military campaign against Catholic Republican guerrillas. The Northern Ireland Minister (Mr Merlvn Rees) flew to London yesterday to dis- • cuss the deteriorating situation with the Prime Minister (Mr Harold Wilson). Meanwhile in London, the police published the descrintion and nhotograph of 21-year-old Margaret McKear-; nev today, saving the prettv' blue-eved Irish girl was “probably the most dangerous and active woman ter- | rorist operating over here.”' According to the police. Miss McKearney is acting as )a courier for the guerrilla i Irish Republican Armv bringing explosives and money from Ireland to England. She had been identified in connection with a number of incidents including bombings and shootings in London late last vear which led to the murder of a policeman, the police statement said. Siroon in Madrid Spanish police have an--1 nounced the arrest of 36 alleged urban guerrillas, including the suspected killers of two Madrid policemen.
