Nuclear power
Sir, — Mr Claxton, former chairman of the Waitemata Electric Power Board, may be happily converted to pretty nuclear power stations hidden by trees, but can he please tell us what satisfactory solutions have his safe and beautiful stations found to the problems of nuclear waste disposal. Or is he another of the many who are happy knowingly to mortgage the future of our children and planet? — Yours, etc., DENISE ANKER. August 27, 1975.
