Party finds body

The body of a young man who disappeared from the 'Glentui Salvation Army camp on June 17 has been found by a tramping party. The body was recovered from Mount Richardson, about two miles from the camp, on Wednesday evening. iThe man was Carlyle Richard Browne, aged 21. a carpenter, of 467 Pages Road. When found he was dressed only in trousers and a singlet. the police said. A raincoat, other personal belongings, and a bible were ■left at the camp by Mr 'Browne when he disappeared. A party of lOffc men and a 'helicopter searched the area around the camp for several days without success. An inquest for identification purposes was opened: yesterday by the Christ-: ; church Coroner (Mr E. B. E.: i Taylor).
