(N.Z.P. A. Reuter—Copyright) SYDNEY. Anderson Meat Industries, Ltd, reports an unaudited net profit of $A431,853 for the six months to June 30 after providing $320,000 for taxation, and $159,000 for depreciation. The result includes $62,429 interest received.

In the corresponding period of the preceding year the profit was $6006 after providing $5443 for taxation, and $122,000 for depreciation.

Sales revenue in the latest six months was sl4m compared with s22m for the halfyear in 1974, reflecting the downturn of export volume and prices. The number of cattle processed by the company was 40 per cent higher. No interim dividend will be paid. The group will continue to be. profitable for the remainder of the 1975 financial year, the directors said.
