TV1 makes another Fred Dagg pilot
Television One is! working hard to produce a comedy show featuring John (“Fred Dagg”) Clarke, and anotherl pilot programme is being made. This has been confirmed; by TVl’s head of presenta-i tions, publicity and promotions (Mr Chris Bourn). He said the second pilot would be ready for viewing soon by the head of entertainment programmes (Mr Roy Melford) and programme controller (Mr Bill Munro). The show, called “The Wonderful World of . . ~” has had problems getting off the ground, and TVI has been jealously guarding its contract with John Clarke, .
