Business drama
“Man at the Top,” produced by Jacqualin Davis, is a serialised adaptation of the John Brain novel “Life At The Top,” featuring the rude, earthy character of Joe Lampton and the cynical world of big business.
Joe, played by Kenneth Haige, is a particular type of executive — presumptuous, power-grubbing, womanising and neck-deep in the seedy in-fighting of the big business world. He is the sort of man who would start off trying to save an old friend from getting the push but end up by doing the deed himself. His wife Susan is played by Zena Walker. “Man At The Top” will be screened on TVI on Friday night.
