Fortnightly rubbish collection
Residents in the rural district of the Paparua County Council are to get a modified fortnightly rubbish collection. On one day each fort-, night the council will arrange for a vehicle to collect rub- ! bish from . various points within the area. A date has yet to be fixed to start the service. Residents will be expected to take their rubbish to the] collection points. Refuse bags will be available from the council's offices. Crushed metal which had previously been supplied to fanners for nothing will now cost $lO a three-yard load. Pitrun metal will cost $5 a three-yard load.
