Wool talks continue
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, June 30. Talks on the wool freight rate which began in Wellington last week, are continuing well beyond the three days set for them, but the parties hope to reach agreement by the end of next week. The shipping lines have been meeting the Wool Marketing Corporation and shippers to settle not only a new rate but a new format for signing an agreement, because for (he first time the corporation will sign on behalf of all shippers. The lines gave no indication before the start of the talks what new rate they sought. Neither party will discuss what increase is being sought.
