The Prime Minister (Mr 1 Rowling) told reporters at a press conference today that detailed consideration !of the committee’s report : would have to wait until the •completion of the InterI national Womens’ Conferi ence now being held in Mexico. This would allow the , recommendations to be fully ’ studied by the women now I representing New Zealand at i that conference. Some of the recommend- • ations could form the basis of a Government policy i statement which would be ■ open to all parties, and many could appear in the i Government’s election mani- | festo.
