Drainage Bd tenders
A tender of $17,992 from N. S. Combe has been accepted by the Christchurch Drainage Board for the! installation of field tile, drainage in the Avondale district. It was the lower of two tenders, the other being $22,779. The board has also accepted a tender from British Pavements (Canterbury), Ltd, for construction of a silt trap apron at the Opawa Road pumping station. The tender, of $2233, was the only one received.
