The England captain and scrum-half, Roger Millward, has been omitted, as expected, from the team to play New Zealand in the Rugby league international championship series at Carlaw Park tomorrow, A foot injury suffered in I the test with Wales had presented Millward from being considered for the match against North Island Country on Wednesday, and after (X-rays were taken, he was I not considered for the test.
