The National Bank of South Vietnam is readv to re-estab-lish and develop links with ail banks in the world regardi less of political distinction, the Giai Phong press agency ■ has reported. Rice ambitions Indonesia hopes to avoid , importing rice next year, the head of the State Logistics Board (Mr Bustanul Arifin) has told a Parliamentary commission.
