Moves to ban weather war

(N.Z.P A.Reuter—Copyright) GENEVA, June 18.

American and Soviet experts are negotiating towards a ban on meteorological warfare, reliable western sources have disclosed in Geneva. The two sides opened the series of talks in Geneva on Monday, the sources said.

The disclosure was seen as explaining statements last Friday by the Soviet Communist Party leader Mr Leonid Brezhnev, in Moscow, who warned against weapons even more dangerous than the atomic bomb.
