Miners killed
. (XZ.P A Reuter —Copyright f BARNSLEY (England), June 13. Five miners were killed, and a sixth suffered facial bums in an explosion at the Houghton coalmine near Barnsley last night. Rescuers said that the death toll rose to five when: three more bodies were discovered early this morning., accounting for all the men believed to have been trapped by a roof fall. The explosion occurred ' 1200 ft below ground and: nearly a mile from the base) of the shaft.
