New exchange for Darfield
(Parliamentary Reporter) J WELLINGTON, June 1. Tenders are being called for a new automatic telephone-exchange building iat Darfield, the Postmastergeneral (Mr Colman) has announced. Designed by Messrs Minison, Henning-Hansen and j Dines, of Christchurch, the ; single-storey building of about 370 square metres will' |be erected in North Terrace.)
