Helicopter hunting

Helicopter meat hunting within the Arthur’s Pass National Park had increased, the park board was told on Monday.

Pressure from private hunters for shooting areas in the park mounted all the [time as game became scarce and other areas were closed ito hunting, said the board chairman (Mr G. Mollett).
