T.F and Davit Cup nations meetings ~e.< yesterday: "1 am against t-■ expulsion of any a unt t v from the federation South Africa's future in world tennis will be decided at both meetings The DaviCup nations will decide whether it should remain the competition and th< I.L.T.F will consider a remit to expel South Africa Mr Wells said that Nev Zealand would follow the lead given bv the Davis Cup management committee, which is study ing the effects of having South Africa in the competition "The N.Z.L.T.A. has not yet decided how to vote on this but my views will never change — all countries should be allowed to play in the competition.” The N.Z.L.T.A. earlier this week decided to nominate Mr Wells for a seat on the management committees of both the federation and the Davis Cup nations.
