In Or Out picked to win at Addington

In Or Out. one of the top three-year-old fillies of the season, should further her preparation tor the $lO,OOO New Zealand Oaks on Anzac Day with a win in the Nevele R. Stakes at Addington Raceway tomorrow evening.

The field in tomorrow's race has attracted most of the leading South Island contenders for Oaks honours and performances in this race will piac an important part in influencing the New Brighton club's committee tvhen the field for the classic is decided. Tara. Armbro Tryax and Sly Kiwi to two fine youngsters in Commissioner and Don Lopez in the Metropolitan Three-year-old Championship at Addington Raceway on March 29 at her latest start. Before that she was most impressive when she beat Steven Stock over 2600 m in 3:24.4. Jascoe. unbeaten in two starts, will be having her most serious test. However, she is a highlytalented filly and could well measure up to this class. Golden Nurse, fourth in the North Island Oaks. Helen of Tara, Armbro Trvax and Sly Kiwi appeal most of the others, but a bold showing is also expected f r om Young Lass and Quite Regal. The Nevele R. Stakes will be the first leg of the T.A.B. double. A capacity field wi|l contest the second leg. the Southshore Handicap. Kara Kara, a runawaywinner at Rangiora on Saturdy. hrs stblemate, Costa Light, which was never in the clear tn the same race and finished tenth, and Esteban, which has drawn favourably, form a likely trio for this sprint race.
