SALE BELOW VALUATION
A block of four modern brick flats, each with two bedrooms, in Gloucester Street, was sold at auction yesterday for $55,000, well below the 1975 Government valuation of $60,500. The auctioneer was Mr R. D. Brown, of Livingstone and Company, Ltd.
