CORSO was first in the field with house-to-house appeals, and he hoped it would be the first out of it As an alternative, CORSEwould ask community organ isations to finance projects and request regular commit ments from households it was hoped many people would agree to have one hundredth of their salary de ducted from their pay and sent to CORSO each week “The world hunger problem is such that annual contributions of 20c or even 50c is no longer sufficient,” said Mr Consedine.
