Sir, — How long are organisers allowed to postpone, the drawing of raffles? The Treasure Chest raffle run byJ the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association and the New Zealand Weight-' lifting Association was postponed on December 21 last year. I received notice last week that the details of the new closing date would be forwarded to me by mail shor ly. Three months is a long time to hold up the drawing of a raffle, especial-
