Presbyterian collection
All Presbyterian churches within the bounds of the Christchurch Presbytery will collect a special offering for Vietnam refugee relief on April 20. The Government will equal it with a subsidy. This was decided by the Christchurch Presbytery at its meeting on Tuesday evening at the request of the Moderator of the General Assembly (the Rt Rev. G. A. F. Knight). J The Presbyterian Church ’has already given $lOOO to [refugee relief in South Vietnam.
