Poor support for night Rugby

s The Canterbury Rugby Union is not getting the support it had hoped for from clubs in its experiment with night games at Denton Park. The competitions chairman (Mr| S. E. Husbandi told last evening’s meeting of the union’s management committee that he was: having great difficulty arranging a game for Monday week, the; > last of the three nights set aside I for club matches. He said unless there was a 1 change of heart by the clubs it . was possible that next Mondax j would have to be the final night. Mr Husband said there appeared to be a certain amount f of fear among the clubs about . night games.
