Four Chch backs in
Four Christchurch backs ' — Mocky Brereton, Michael 1 O’Donnell, Wayne Beri (as • captain), and Wayne ! O’Donnell — were included I in the New Zealand Marist I Rugby league team after the national tournament in : Dunedin. Brereton is one of three internationals in the 17-inan , squad, the others being the ’ Greymouth second-row foreforward, Tony Coll and the Dunedin wing, Bob McGuinn. The other wing: chosen is Precious Gukulau (Auckland), a Fijian sprint representative at the ComI monwealth Games last year. The team, which is expected to play matches I against. Canterbury and.
