f.VZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON. A Government M.P. has suggested that most of the 3000 registered unemployed were either mentally or physically handicapped. Mr T. Davey (Lab., Gisborne) said in Parliament that these people should not appear on the unemployment register but should be registered with the Social Welfare Department.
