Thirteen residents in Epsom Road, Hei Hei, have objected to an application to the Paparua County Council for a specified departure from the district scheme to start up a panelbeating, bodybuilding and spray-painting business nearby. Autolme Accessories Limited, applied on Thursday to the council’s town planning committee to start the business at 45 Epsom Road The objectors are con cerned that the values of rheit properties will diminish, that there will be spray drift and undue noise. The comnfittee also heard an application from M C Sullivan Ltd to permit the construction of two self-con-tained fiats on a rurallv zoned property m Hendersons Road. The only objector was the Canterbury Regional Planning Authority.
