Mrs Gillespie wins bowls
Mrs G. Gillespie (St Albans) has won the Christchurch Women’s Bowling Centre’s first-year players championship—and she did so with two lives.
In the final, Mrs Gillespie beat Mrs S. Thomas (Mount Pleasant), 21-15; the game being of a very high standard.
