WELLINGTON, March 12. The police in Western Australia hold grave fears for the; safety of two Australian girls who have been missing from Perth for nearly a year, and who may have come to New Zealand. Thdy have asked the New Zealand police to help find the girls, Yvonne Kay Waters, aged 18, and Raelene May Eaton, aged 17. They were last seen leaving a hotel near Perth on the evening of April 7 last year, with three young men. They have not been seen since, and extensive inquiries in Australia have failed to locate them. Friends of the missing girls said the three men were strangers to the area, and and were not previously known to the girls. Miss Waters is sft 2in, of slim build, with light ginger hair and a fair complexion.
Miss Eaton is 4ft Ilin, of heavy build, with long black hair, brown eyes, and an olive complexion. She has a mole on the left side of her neck.
