AUCKLAND. The 18,564-ton Greek liner Ellinis has been withdrawn from the Europe-Australia-New Zealand passenger trade. She will be laid up at Southampton for almost' three months. This is because of a sharp ' reduction in the flow of! migrants from Europe to Australia. The Ellinis is the second Chandris liner to be temporarily withdrawn from regular sailings. The 16,259-ton Patris has been chartered by the Australian Government at $15,100 a day to provide emergency accommodation at Darwin.
