Form runner Spry Guy first-leg fancy
Spry Guy will start a firm favourite for the Members’ I landicap this evening at Addington Raceway. His part-owner and trainer, Charlie Winter, is leaving a final decision about a start for the speedy four-year-old until today.
However, he jogged him yesterday and he -pulled up well. Spry Guy, which bashed his tendons in a float- last week, is to undergo a veterinary examination before a
decision about a start is made. After his work Winter felt fairly confident he would take his place in the field.
