MARKET FIRM BUT VERY QUIET
Share prices rose strongly on NeuZealand stock exchanges yesterday, hut the market was even less active than in recent weeks. This was accentuated because n f ih e closure of the Auckland Stock Exchange. ! Rises well outnumbered falls; however, few price movements were noteworthy. The range of issues traded was narrow.
