MORE FALLS BUT MARKET STEADY
Falls outnumbered rises on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, in very quiet trading over a narrow range of issues. Although most changes were by second-line Mt Cook made a good gain, and Trans Holdstocks, those of leadei-s were mostly down, ings also firmed. The market's undertone was quite steady.
