. By CELIA TIMMS. Savoury beef to spread on hamburger buns can be prepared in 15 minutes using this recipe, which makes enough for six servings You will need:— I Jib minced steak. An onion. A 10oz tin cream of mushroom soup. A 10oz tin cream of chicken soup. I 6 hamburger buns. Chopped parslej. Method: Grate or finely chop the onion and saute m butter for two or three minutes. Add the minced steak, and continue to cook until the meat has changed to a light brown. Add the soups undiluted and blend well; simmer for five minutes. Spoon over the toasted halves of the hamburger buni, and sprinkle with parsley.
